The Terms and Conditions of Trelowarren Pottery Limited

1. Description of Goods
- Every care is made in the production of the Pottery.
- All sizes given are approximate.
- Pots displayed in the Gallery Pages are for sale unless previously sold.
- As in all handmade items in manufacture, the materials used may vary with each batch.
- It is also possible that the glaze colours will vary with each firing of the kiln.
- Whilst every effort is made to do so, we are unable to guarantee to supply pottery identical in colour or size.
- All the pots will remain the property of Trelowarren Pottery Limited until paid for, in full, by the customer.
2. Pricing Information
- Every effort is made to ensure that details in pricing are correct.
- Trelowarren Pottery is not registered for VAT.
- We make a small charge for packing and packaging.
- Pots sent by Post or Carrier, are charged at cost, at the time of posting.
- We will advise you of the total cost including postage and packing.
3. Ordering Procedure
- Please place your order through the Contact Page or telephone or write to us, giving details of your request.
- All orders are dealt with on an individual basis.
- We are unable to supply pottery on a sale or return basis.
- Your order will be sent by post, or carrier, within 14 days of completion.
4. Availability
- Please E mail us through the Contact Page or telephone us for the availability of the item you require.
- Similar items are nearly always in stock. Please E mail us through the Contact Page or telephone us for these alternative items.
5. Payment
- You may pay by Debit Card, Credit Card or Cheque.
- All payments must be received and cheques cleared before orders are despatched
- This is not a secure site. Credit Card and Debit Card payments must be made by post or telephone. Any details you give through this website may be collected by a third party, over which we have no control.
6. Complaints Procedure
- Notify us immediately through the Contact Page upon receipt of your order, telling us about any damage.
- We will deal with your complaint promptly.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase please tell us immediately.
- We will accept returned goods in 'as new' condition.
7. Cancellation
- We allow seven (7) days in which you may review your order with us.
- Any cancellation of an order must be put in writing, via the Contact Page.
8. Contract
- When buying through the website via E mail, the contract entered into is legally binding.
9. Data Protection Statement
- The information that you voluntarily give us, is only used by Trelowarren Pottery Limited, for the sole purpose of advertising, marketing and public relations.
10. Privacy Policy
- We collect and retain the details you supply to us.
- We do not sell your information to others.
- If required by the Law of the United Kingdom, we will disclose the information you have voluntarily supplied.
11. Mailing List
- Please send us your address details for inclusion onto our mailing list in order to receive information of Special Events, Private Viewing of Exhibitions, and Sale Days.
- We are now compiling an E mail address list to enable us to notify you of these events. If you would like to be included on this list, send your details through the Contact Page. Thank you.
12. Your Statutory Rights
- Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above terms and conditions.
